J is a good fellow and a fine musician. I've mentioned one of his many bands before up on here; The Suspects. Also, quite a few of the AD shows I saw were with him.

I thought the track was pretty nice, but then I played it loud in my headphones and my ears; they were pleased I tell you. It's got layers like a hairy birthday cake.

It's definitely getting close... the only thing holding us up now is that Subsong keeps his good mics in separate locations scattered around the European Union to prevent total loss if, for example, Wolverhampton got bombed by Kazakhstan. As a preservation strategy this works well, but for recording two bass tracks and three vocal tracks in one day it is proving difficult.

But Drei will prevail.

I have been busy (busy working on this, I mean)! My fingertips are all ragged. I have a few additional bass takes down but I am not satisfied with any of them. I have new vocals for verses and back ups. I will give it one more try tonight to wrap up my bass part and we'll call it done. Sorry to keep everyone waiting, but I thought I had time anyway if Mark were to do vocals (which I think he should, damnit!).
